My recent adventure to Korea took place last year. I had previously been four times before and it always seemed to occur during the cold winter months or at the very start of spring (still cold!) So my friend suggested I visit during the beginning of Summer when it is reasonably warm and not crazy hot! I kept handwritten accounts of my three week vacay and surprisingly, this was the first time I did not venture out of Busan! I stayed put by the sun sea and sand!
I have been to Korean 5 times and counting starting in 2007. I am always asked the question, why Korea and why not Japan or China? What is it about Korea that you find so fascinating? Its hard to explain in one full swift sentence and its very rare that my answer is always the same. There are so many different threads, that its hard to pick at one that will define all.
